Date: 14 November 2003Subject: Minutes of Board of Directors' Meeting Dear Sir,At the meeting of
the Board of Directors No. 4/2546 of The Post Publishing Public Co., Ltd. held at the Company's
boardroom at 10.00 - 12.20 hrs. on 13 November 2003, following decisions were taken :- 1. The
Board resolved to pay an interim dividend of Bht 30 million from the 9 months' trading result (January
1, 2003 to September 30, 2003) at the rate of Bht 0.60 per share for a total of 50 million shares. The
interim dividend will be paid in cheques payable on December 9, 2003. The closing date of the
registration book for the rights to receive dividend is November 27, 2003 at 12.00 hrs.
2. Acknowledged the appointment with effect on 14 August 2003 of Mr. Viroj Lowhaphandu to be
Chairman of the Audit Committee succeeding Mr. Pichai Vasnasong who remains a member of
Audit Committee.
3. The Board approved to recommend to the shareholders to reduce the par value of shares from
Baht 10 per share to Baht 1 per share when the next shareholders meeting of the Company is held.
Further announcement on the date of the Shareholders meeting will
follow.
