TPI is to sell its TPIPL shares to creditors or investors to repay $250M debt. it could mean that there will be no trading between TPIPL's EVA/LDPE unit and TPI's TPIPL shares.
I reckon this is very good news for TPIPL.
Plus, TPIPL is Prachai's last stronghold. he will be fighting his life away.
