For the large multinational companies, normally they offer 30K+ for management trainees, 50-80K+ for managers, 100-200K+ for senior mgrs, and ???K+ for directors. The compensation significantly depends on sector & industry. While their compensation are high, these managers work really hard.

I don't know much about Thai companies.
