Actually, in last few months SCC hold 40% of TCP and got rumor last month that SCC will take over TCP by tender offer at 30-32 Baht. In practical, SCC can't hold TCP stock more than 50% because SCC will be illegal due to market domination (Monopoly) rule. <SCC is the owner of Siam Craft, Phoenix Pulp, and TCP now> I heard that SCC bought 8-9% (big lot) outside the market in last month at 22-25 Baht (please check the price from other sources). It disappointed the market and got a pressure to sell it until the price drop from 25 Baht to 22 Baht last month. It means that now SCC hold 49% of TCP and manage TCP directly. The machine of TCP obsolete and need some money from SCC to renovate in next year. After that, the efficiency will be increased and make a lot of profit (if management performs na). TCP will be one of stars in next year.

อยากมา update ข่าวให้เพื่อนๆ ที่ถือ TCP ได้ฟัง ตอนนี้มีการปรับเปลี่ยนผู้บริหารโดยเอาชาวต่างชาติออกไปแล้วเอาคนของปูนซิเมนต์ไทยเข้าไปบริหารงานแทนแล้ว ตอนนี้เสมือนว่า TCP เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของปูนเต็มตัวแล้วครับ ผมคิดว่าอย่างนั้นนะ ที่ผ่านมายอดการสั่งซื้อกระดาษในประเทศเพิ่มสูงมากแต่จะกระจุกอยู่ที่สยามคราฟท์ซะส่วนใหญ่ ส่งผลให้ยอดขายในประเทศของ TCP (ซึ่งทำกำไรได้มากกว่าการส่งออกมาก) ลดลง TCP ส่งหันไปส่งออกมากขึ้น แต่เมื่อผู้บริหารเป็นปูนซิเมนต์แล้วน่าจะทำให้ TCP เปรียบเหมือนกับ Siam Craft no. 2 แน่นอนว่าย่อมส่งผลดีต่อยอดขาย(กำไรด้วย)ที่เพิ่มขึ้นในปีหน้าแน่นอน. ผมเคย post ไว้ว่ามีเครื่องจักรตัวหนึ่งที่เก่าและจะมีการอัดฉีดเงินเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพให้ดีขึ้น ถ้าทำได้จริงน่าจะส่งผลให้ผลประกอบการดีขึ้นอย่างมาก
